RESEARCH

Stefan Sagmeister is a skilled contemporary designer whose clients include the Rolling Stones, HBO, Guggenheim etc. Sagmeister’s works often combines humor, sex, unorthodoxy and painstaking detail to create jarringly modern designs. When he talked about the difference between design and art, he pointed out that how a designer have to distinguish between art and design, how designers see a design and how our creative products interact with the people who use it. Good design can help everyone, make everyone like it, even make everyone excited.

Paula Scher is the first female designer to land a spot at Pentagram, the prestigious graphic design company. Her amazing designs have shaped people’s perception of graphic design and its application in many ways. She is good at using fonts as visual images, and the technique of using words as visual images has also had a profound impact on modern design.
